I am a board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified practitioner working with all ages and skill levels of golfers to maximize performance and prevent injury. My method of treatment involves using clinical expertise and analysis of movement through the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to pinpoint mechanical faults accurately and efficiently. Through skilled manual treatment and corrective exercise prescription, I optimize each patient’s physical capabilities so they can perform at their best.
Before moving to New York City, I was living and working in my hometown of East Hampton, New York. During my younger years, I spent nearly all of my time involved in athletics. I played football, baseball, basketball, and golf through high school and continued on to play baseball and rugby at Ithaca College. Before and during my time enrolled in the Ithaca College Physical Therapy program, I was an ocean lifeguard at a prestigious golf and beach club in East Hampton. This is where I was introduced to the game of golf. For the last several years, I have been passionate about understanding the sport of golf and how to improve in all facets of the game. In recent years, I have been focusing on understanding swing mechanics and diagnosing biomechanical limitations to developing that elusive perfect swing. Outside of the world of golf, I enjoy exercising and spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether it be hiking or just relaxing by the beach.
