Jeremy earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from the University at Buffalo and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Additionally, he is fellowship trained in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction and orofacial pain and is board certified through the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical Therapeutics (CCTT).

Jeremy specializes in the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of orthopedic and sports-related injuries and has advanced expertise in treating complex cervical spine and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, headaches, orofacial pain, whiplash, and post-concussive conditions. His doctoral research on prognostic indicators and management of post-concussion syndrome laid the foundation for his highly specialized work with TMJ and craniofacial pain patients.

At HI Physio, Jeremy has built a practice centered on delivering the highest standard of individualized care. His background in competitive athletics and commitment to lifelong learning allow him to guide patients through recovery with precision, clarity, and confidence. He has extensive experience treating athletes at all levels, including professional baseball and basketball organizations, and is particularly attuned to the demands of cutting and overhead rotational sports such as baseball, golf, tennis, and basketball.

Jeremy’s approach integrates advanced functional manual therapy with corrective exercise to restore optimal movement patterns and enhance long-term performance. He equips each patient with the tools needed for sustainable improvement—whether returning to elite sport, weekend activity, or pain-free daily living.

His philosophy is especially impactful in the management of TMJ and craniofacial pain. Jeremy brings a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that addresses not only biomechanics, but also breathing, stress regulation, sleep, and nutrition. He firmly believes in multidisciplinary care and collaborates closely with dental and medical professionals to optimize outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Jeremy maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying kettlebell training, pick up basketball, cooking, hiking, travel, and exploring New York City’s culinary scene. He continues to play baseball and basketball, sports he has competed in since adolescence.
