  Our treatment space is a healing oasis located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. It is comprised of top of the line equipment, 3 private treatment rooms, a personal Pilates/Yoga wall and matted area, and open concept gym which includes a squat rack, training turf and many many tools ranging from gentle pain management through elite-level performance.
